Option 1: The Sleep Sociologist Method
4 weekly payments of $275 (or $1100 upfront)
Three transformations leading to one result:
A calm home. A rested baby. A confident parent.
1.From Overwhelmed to Calm
The 360 Sleep Review: A full sociological lens on the family. Parental styles, values, support systems, socioeconomic realities, and family dynamics, mapped in one hour to surface what's really driving the sleep picture.
The Developmental Sleep Assessment: The science of sleep translated for this specific baby.
Evidence-led, age-appropriate, and built so parents understand the why behind every recommendation. The Progress Pulse: Live sleep logs reviewed before every daily call. Real-time data, real-time visibility, no detail missed.
2. Exhausted to Rested
The Weaning Pathway: Untangling the dependency, whether that's overnight feeds for a baby or caregiver assistance for a toddler. One method, two applications, age-flexible.
The Supportive Settling Plan: A bespoke, child-specific plan covering bedtime, night wakes, and naps with tips and backup plans built in. Boutique, written, and yours to keep.
The Daily Debrief: Consult calls six days a week. Live troubleshooting that catches what would otherwise slip through, makes admissions safe, and adjusts the plan in real time.
3.Disconnected to Reconnected
The Circle of Trust: A safe, judgement-free space for mothers to vent, share, and be witnessed. Validation, normalising, and the relief of not feeling alone.
The Inner Voice Reset: Rewiring the internal narrative from "I'm failing" to "we're learning." Perspective shifts that turn a 3am wake-up from "not again" into "another opportunity for them to practice."
The Grounding Practice: Embodied work that helps mothers reconnect to their parenting wisdom and embrace their new identity. Where mum returns to herself.
Not sure you need four weeks of support?
Not every sleep challenge requires The Sleep Sociologist Method.
If things are mostly working but there's one specific issue you'd like help troubleshooting, or we've worked together before and something has changed, a one-off consultation may be all you need.
Option 2: Sleep Troubleshooting Consult
60 minutes | $120 | New clients
For families who have one specific sleep challenge and want expert guidance on what may be happening and what to do next.
We'll spend 60 minutes looking at your child's sleep, development and family circumstances, then work through practical, evidence-informed next steps you can implement yourself.
Best for: early waking, nap challenges, bedtime difficulties, changing sleep needs, settling issues or another specific sleep concern.
This consultation does not include a written sleep plan or ongoing support.
Option 3: Past Client Sleep Tune-Up
45 minutes | $80 | Returning clients
Sleep changes as children grow.
If we've worked together before and something has shifted, a Sleep Tune-Up gives us 45 minutes to look at what's happening now, make any necessary adjustments and get you moving forward again.
Perfect for nap transitions, developmental changes, early waking, bedtime changes, travel disruptions or when something that used to work simply isn't working anymore.
